    Check your Eligibility for Rebate

    Once you have received your savings calculator, we will help direct you to the Solar Victoria website so you can check your eligibility for the Victorian Government Solar rebate.


    Allstar Energy Saving Plan

    Once you have received the savings calculation and confirmation on eligibility for the government rebate, we will then go to the next step and provide you with an energy saving plan that includes:

    CEC Accredited Installation

    To ensure quality installation and service for our customers we only use accredited installers. We also try and commit to installation within 30-days of quote approval, so you can start saving on your bills sooner.

  • Maintenance package

    Each year we will send out a member of our team to inspect and review the performance of your system and provide you with a report on how it is performing, maintenance that is required and any upgrades that could benefit you, similar to how you service your car.

    The maintenance package includes a call out 12 months after you have installed your system from an accredited Solar Allstar to review and complete the following jobs:

    • Cleaning, of solar panels if they are covered in environmental elements
    • Checking Panels for chips, cracks, hotspots etc.
    • Review inverter display to ensure it is functioning correctly
    • Performance/efficiency report including a follow up if any big components need replacing.
    • Replacements of components if damaged
    • Inspect racking for structural integrity.
    • Troubleshoot & Check system for any fault or fault codes.
    • Review and check all cables and fastenings.
    • Recommend new products available in the market to make the system more efficient.
    • Provide a report for recommended upgrades or government schemes they can take advantage of.

    Inclusion of battery addition to their system.


    Warranty & Repair

    We get it, these systems will be on your home for a long time, so what happens in 10 years if there is a fault with your system?

    Who will help you fix it and manage the warranty claim and that is where we come in. We will help you through the warranty process in the unlikely event you need to make a claim.
